• Make sure the charger is disconnected. Switch the power OFF
• Press and hold the Volume down and connect the charger. You will now see an exclamation mark(!) on the screen.
• Then press the keys in the following order:
• Volume up, Volume Down, Power, Volume Down
• The phone will reset and boot up automatically. Please note this may take several minutes.

• Make sure the charger is disconnected. Switch the power OFF
• Press and hold the Volume down and camera key. Now press and hold the Power Key.
• When the phone vibrates release the Power Key, but continue holding the Volume down and camera Key, until the phone reboots.
