iBall launched a new flash drive named as the Hybrid Dual Pendrive which, as the name suggests, comes with dual connector – a standard USB 2.0 on one side and a micro USB connector on the other side. With both the connectivity options in just one device, this hybrid pen drive will allow users to connect it with both PCs as well as with micro USB-only mobile devices that have USB OTG (On-The-Go Function) feature without having to carry connecting cables with them.
Of course, your smartphone must have USB OTG (On The Go) feature so that it can accept the pen drive as external storage. Most of the modern phones should already have it. With weight just about 10 grams and a tiny form factor - it can fit in just anywhere in your pocket or bag.
This Hybrid gadget helps professionals who use multiple gadgets and have much to transfer regularly. The iBall Hybrid Pendrive weighs 10 grams and is available in two variants offering 8GB and 16GB storage space. In terms of pricing, the company has introduced the 8GB model for Rs 599 and the 16GB model for Rs 799 and features a sturdy aluminum alloy casing for durability.
